No need to book for our standard 1-2 week service - just drop by with your jewellery for a free consultation.
We'll discuss what you need done and go through your options, providing you with a quote before you leave anything with us.
If you need your jewellery back sooner, you can book online or give us a call to use our Same-Day or While-You-Wait service.
Processing
Your jewellery is weighed, photographed and cleaned before the valuers begin their assessment.
Examining
Each item is checked under a microscope for any damage or wear by one of our qualified gemmologists. Gemstones are measured, counted and graded.
Analysis
Our lab has a range of equipment to test your jewellery. Metals are analysed with our x-ray machine, light refractors help identify coloured gemstones, and our Sherlock Detector can even tell lab-grown from natural diamonds.
Your values are calculated at current New Zealand rates to ensure your values are accurate and up-to-date.
